today i was watching the premier of the show "The Price of Beauty." for those of you who don't have MTV, it is about Jessica Simpson going to different countries to find out what makes people beautiful. so on today's show, they went to Thailand. they met up with a lady who had tried a "bleaching" product so she could become white. it ended up as a total disaster, making her husband leave her because of the way she looked. this really touched me, and i all i wanted to do was go into the TV and give her the biggest hug :( this isn't the lady, but this is what it kinda looks like http://beautyonwatch.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/thailand-woman.jpg all my love goes out to her <3
